Reflexology is gentle and relaxing treatment which encourages our body to come back into balance and supports our health and sense of wellbeing.

Reflexology is a holistic therapy. It works on the basis that the whole body is reflected in the feet (and hands), through points on the feet called ‘reflexes’. It recognises that all parts of the body are connected and rely on each other to function properly. By having a reflexology treatment, every part of your body is given attention.

Reflexology is a natural therapy. Our body is always striving for health and balance but sometimes illness or our lifestyle can get in the way. Reflexology facilitates and supports the body’s own ability to heal itself.

Reflexology is a complementary therapy. It’s a treatment that you can use alongside conventional medical treatments. It is not an alternative therapy so it is not suitable to be used as an alternative to medical advice or treatment and reflexologists are not medically trained so we cannot diagnose a medical condition.
